Furthermore, there are fewer shops that can actually repair them if any issues arise. Because of this, we have had customers come to us from all parts of TX (and even outside of TX) to get their Custom PCs built and repaired.

Most Common Custom Gaming PC Repair: The First Time PC Builder
The most common repair we get is from first time Custom PC builders. Most of the time, they have done their research and used PC Part Picker to design their perfect build. They have watched tons of videos on YouTube and decided to build their first Gaming PC. All seemed to go well during the building process until they pressed the power button – nothing happened! No matter what they do, what parts they swap, or how many times they take it apart and rebuild the computer, they cannot get it to post. This can be extremely frustrating and we are here to help!
Additional Gaming PC Repairs
Another problem that we often see is high temperatures. Everything is built properly and looks to be fine. They get the Gaming PC to post into the BIOS but notice that after 10-30 seconds, the Gaming PC powers off. Most find that temperatures are way too high, and that the computer is shutting down because of it.
Other issues can arise from bent CPU pins, not plugging in the CPU power connector, misalignment of front panel cables, and improper thermal pasting of CPU, just to name a few. These are all common issues and we have been to resolve them over the years so that customers can enjoy their new Gaming PCs.
